Yes, you are trying to build a stub from a redboot configuration. You
need to build the stub from a non-redboot configuration, since both the
stub and redboot are "applications" - and there can only be one.
So start with a clean build tree, and do 'ecosconfig new blah' instead
of 'ecosconfig new blah redboot'.
