I've just put a lwip.epk in http://humans.iv.ro/jani
just add it to the repository with ecosadmin.tcl.
You'll still need the eth_drv.c in io/eth/lwip so until it is in CVS you
must still get it from the tgz mentioned below.
It doesn't have any testcases included but I'll add some next week.
