Re: code genration for mips32 type processors

similar problem for the binutils: the released version (2.11.2) does not
support --target=mipsisa32-elf but the snapshots from the cvs does . But
the current snapshot (yesterdays) produces linker errors when compiled with
the gcc in the released cygwin environment.

Has anybody on this list been successful in building a crosscompiler for
mips32 processors ? Please share your recipee: compiler , binutils , etc.
Has the xcompiler been tried to compile ecos source code ??

The mips-elf suggestion by Eric last week might be the only one that works
until the software to build the mips32 crosscompiler is available. .

thank you

H Girard
