It all depends on what you mean by a "new release"?
We make releases all the time, directly to customers. However, the
most up-to-date source base available publicly is via anonymous CVS.
The last official packaged public "release" was 1.3.1 which dates
from March, 2000 (IIRC). Obviously we try an steer people away from
using sources that old and as such, expect to see some announcements
in this area "soon".
