Please, and this goes to everyone on the list, don't think of this as a
"talk to Red Hat" list. Everyone should feel free to chip in and learn from
each other. People may not notice, but a lot of the advice and help we give
people is pretty basic[1], or sometimes mails are just ignored.
But with that in mind, I'm sure everyone on the list will be happy to help,
if you can provide as much information in your mails as you can (of course,
not *too* much e.g. 300K log files ;-)).
