I don't know. I'm not familiar with the 401 family. You'd have
to take the databooks for the two parts and compare the
workings of the interrupt controller, timers, serial ports, and
Ethernet controller. If they're the same (or very similar)
peripheral parts, then it shouldn't be hard to get it working.
