Ok, got it working. I couldn't find the target section before. I found
it now though.
I added the package to my RAMSupport.ecc file manually since it wouldn't
let me from the config tool. This is a pre made configuration. New
ones do have it by default. Anyhow, I get the warning below when
loading the ecc file.
C:\MyDocuments\eCosDevelopment\RAMSupport.ecc: warning Missing version
information for package `CYGPKG_DEVS_PCMCIA_EDB7XXX'.
