It's really weird, but the Ctrl-C started working now. Man computers
suck sometimes!

Nope, tried that! :) What's weird, is that it worked once or twice, but
most of the time it doesn't.

Ctrl-C should work in the default configuration. If you're using
Insight, this is the same as the stop button.
