I haven't gone back and checked 1.3.1, but my current one (roughly
equivalent to the one downloadable at
http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html) works. The OK button becomes
non-gray when I type something in the command prefix box. Perhaps try the
tool from that URL?
