Thanks for reporting this - it turns out this patch has now become
obsolete. The changes in that patch have been integrated into the main GDB
sources. You don't need to apply that patch any more.

I will now update our web page accordingly. Thanks for letting us know, and
sorry for the inconvenience of finding out :-).
