seems the latest eCos can't run on STM32F207IG without external SRAM

I have test the latest eCos, my board is using STM32F207IGï witout any external memory,

and i tried to compile eCos startup from ROMINT, but failed, and eCos run out of the right memory address, and it stoped at 0x00000000, and some time stopped at instruction "SVC 0"

STM32F207IG available memory is ROM: 0x08000000+1MB
