Patch to fix compiler warning about set-but-unreferenced variable.
In attach(), the 'in_use' variable is set but never used when asserts
are disabled. This patch marks the variable with CYGBLD_ATTRIB_UNUSED
to tell the compiler that it's intentionally unused and prevent the
warning.
