Summary: help documentation tree does not correspond to viewed
document
Product: eCos
Version: CVS
Platform: All
OS/Version: HostOS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: low
Component: ConfigTool
AssignedTo: unassigned@bugs.ecos.sourceware.org
ReportedBy: alexs@ecoscentric.com
CC: ecos-bugs@ecos.sourceware.org
Class: Advice Request
When opening the eCos Documentation and navigating through using the navigation
buttons above the documentation tree panel, the documentation tree opens up at
the document you are viewing.
However, if you follow a link from the documentation panel on the right, or use
the "Prev", "Next", "Up" links etc. the tree opens up at the incorrect
location. It appears to lag behind, opening the tree at the previous document
viewed.
This problem exists in the snapshot released this morning as well as 3.0.
This problem occurs in Linux (tested on Ubuntu, FC13+, RHEL5).
On windows, the problem is worse. The document tree panel does not even open
at the document being viewed using the left navigation buttons. I'll open a
separate bug report for that.
