The tree of CDL options presented within the RedBoot package by the eCos
Configuration Tool is rather flat. For example, there are 38 child nodes
directly under CYGBLD_BUILD_REDBOOT. It would help navigation of the
configuration space if these were grouped together under some CDL nodes of
flavor "none". For example, one group could be for enabling/disabling various
RedBoot commands.
