Select the minimal template from the config tool.
Removing the SMSC LAN9118 ethernet driver from the right list of packages is
not possible in this template, whereas this package is useless in the minimal
configuration.
However, unloading this package on this item is still possible in the main left-
hand window, by right clicking and selecting 'Unload package'. Nevertheless,
the generated libs have same size than those having the LAN9118 package. So I
guess the LAN9118 package is not really unloaded - though it says it is - which
is quite confusing !
