Orbit Drop Retail eBay Auction Drop-off Store Announces New UFOC and Franchise Agreements

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2005--Orbit Drop, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OBDP - News) has announced it is in the final stages of updating the new UFOC and Franchise Agreements. The two documents will allow for Orbit Drop to commence granting franchises in non-registration states next week.

"Together with the Law Offices of Don M. Drysdale we have developed a UFOC and Franchise agreement that protects both the Franchisee and Orbit Drop Corporate," said Dain Turner, Executive Vice President of Franchising. "We will also be submitting the agreements to all registration states immediately after completion."

Orbit Drop has received over 1800 requests for single unit franchises and more than 450 requests for area development (15 stores per area totaling 8550) or multi-unit agreements over the past few months. The new updated UFOC and Franchise Agreements will be filed in all registration and exempt states. This means that Orbit Drop will commence to grant franchises next week.
