Hi,

I have downloaded ecos-1.3.1-1.i386.rpm (Size 12826742 bytes) 
from souces.redhat.com/ecos.  I am using KPackage 2.1.1 (Using 
KDE 2.1.1) 
for installing the .rpm file.  During installation it is showing 
a dialog box with "Error" 
as the Title bar text.  The dialog box contains ecos-1.3.1-1 and 
an OK button.
On clicking OK, it continues the installation.
This creates a directory /opt/ecos/ecos-1.3.1

The contents of the directory are as follows:

I am not sure whether this is sufficent for running a sample 
program 
given in /opt/ecos/ecos-1.3.1/examples directory.

Actually, my working evironment is Linux 7.1, gcc 2.10 and ld 
2.9.6.

Please suggest a solution how to proceed further.
I would appreciate you if you consider this problem and give 
immediate 
response.
