There are several MathML-to-braille math code efforts underway [there are
many different braille math codes, sometimes more than one per country].
Two multi-lingual efforts are

www.lambdaproject.org
DAISY will likely include MathML as it math representation, so braille
translation will hopefully come via one the above projects or some other
effort focused on a single braille math code.
