That's the flattened (single file) version.  I also generated a LiveDTD for
the customization layer used to create Simplified DocBook V1.1.  This
version lets you explore where a particular element is declared in the
customization of DocBook 4.3 to make Simplified DocBook:

As always, you can download the free LiveDTD perl script to generate your
