Has there been any discussion of adding an <aside> element or
equivalent to docbook? I notice that Norm uses <aside> as a
marker in his blog (http://norman.walsh.name/2004/02/19/interop), but
a quick google search doesn't find anything else. Is <phrase
role="aside"> the right way to do this?
