RE: [docbook] Error in generating pdf using FOP

Yes, I saw that note in another posting but the problem persisted. Through
process of elimination I discovered that the problem disappears if all of
the TOC 'list' type elements are removed/disabled from source document.

In our case, <tables> are replaced <informaltable>  and <figure> replaced
with <informalfigure>. This will not be a workable solution for us long term
but perhaps it may allow people with more knowledge on the internals to help
us arrive at a solution.

Set the stylesheet parameter 'fop.extensions' to 1.
That handles certain FOP exceptions like this.
