many man pages, especially those for programs that implement a certain
known standard, would contain a reference to a book or a standards
document in the "See Also" section.
How do I put a bibliography element into a refsection?
bibliography is allowed in appendix, article, book, chapter, glossary,
part, preface, sect1, sect2, sect3, sect4, sect5, section,
but not refsection!
why?!

Despite the raising cost of living, it remains quite popular.
