Thanks a thousand times for this, it actually works!!! Thanks so
much. I have been ripping my hair out for at least 6 months trying to
get things to work as simply as `docbook2pdf file.xml` on my RedHat
box.
Are you bobs@sagehill.net ? It would be nice if I could download the
entire tutorial/manual in a zip file, even though it is still in draft
form. This is the single most useful doc on XSL and stuff I have ever
seen.
