Please don't. The 2.0.2 version is entirely unready for print
publication: it's a work in progress, slowly making a transformation
from an SGML-centric book about DocBook 3.1 to a more XML-centric book
about DocBook 4.x.
Wait for 2.1.x, please. That's what that middle number is for :-)
