Hi all,
This is precisely why I think leaving the markup as it is is just OK.
Knowing that '1999-2001' is different from '1999,2000,2001', given that
other legal tricks may appear, I tend to consider the text into <year>
element a whole, giving an indication on the date(s) related to the
copyright. period.
