Dear All,

I am a newbie techwriter and I am working on a documentation for a software for windows. And I need a piece of advice concerning the format of docs to choose. What do you suggest? Is it better to use DocBook format for Windows app. docs or some other?

If DocBook, then what do I need for that? Do I have to write XML stuff myself or are there some kind of WYCIWYG software documentation editors?
