Yes, the catalog issue alone wouldn't request a new release. For now,
I'm using:

PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML CALS Table Model V4.0//EN" "calstblx.dtd"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.0//EN" "docbookx.dtd"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD XML Exchange Table Model 19990315//EN" "soextblx.dtd"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//ELEMENTS DocBook XML Document Hierarchy V4.0//EN" "dbhierx.mod"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//ELEMENTS DocBook XML Information Pool V4.0//EN" "dbpoolx.mod"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//ENTITIES DocBook XML Additional General Entities V4.0//EN" "dbgenent.ent"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//ENTITIES DocBook XML Character Entities V4.0//EN" "dbcentx.mod"
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//ENTITIES DocBook XML Notations V4.0//EN" "dbnotnx.mod"

(plus the entity sets.)

It's really a pain to get all these stupid strings right all the time
(I've some experiences preparing packages...); thanks for all your work!

Sorry, I didn't have time earlier ;-)
