Yes. Start YaST and choose from the software serie "sgm" (SGML) what
you need; don't forget to pickup the package "docbktls" -- the package
contains the shell script db2x.sh and symlinks like db2html or db2ps.
db2ps needs jadetex from serie sgm and tetex from serie tex.
I just released a new version of the db2x.sh script:

By now, the script is considerd to run on non SuSE Linux systems, too.
