If you are using jade with Norm's DSSSL stylesheets, you can use
<graphic fileref="filename"> without an extension.
Then the print stylesheets will add ".eps", and the HTML stylesheets
will add ".gif".
You will, of course, need both filename.gif and filename.eps in the
directory.
