RE: print, footnote, position


Norm,

There are bottom of page footnotes in RTF. I've created them with my
Omnimark SGML2RTF program (still very much undergoing beta testing). I use
it on a DocBook Extension DTD I use for one project. I'm planning on
releasing the full SGML2RTF Omnimark program once I've extended it to
support all the elements in the DocBook DTD (I hope I find the time to
finish this project).

If you want more details on the RTF that does this, let me know. Of course,
Microsoft's RTF standard tells only half the story. It took me a while to
get them to work ;-)

bop footnotes aren't supported in RTF, so RTF won't help :-(
