I'm not sure if this is a backend or stylesheet problem. The only way
to check is to also make an RTF output and bring it up in Ted or Word
Viewer.
Issues regarding JadeTeX and the TeX backend should probably be
directed to the DSSSLList hosted by Mulberry.
The TeX backend seems to be currently orphaned. People interested in
improving the situation (must be c++ and TeX guru) should contact the
DSSSLlist and Sebastian Rahtz. We could eitehr try to patch up the
current JadeTeX, or perhaps better yet, use the RTF backend as a model
for a pure TeX backend (the JadeTeX backend uses it's own FO TeX
representation and LaTeX -- it's very fragile and difficult to correct
problems in).
