Hello Robert,

I've been writing quite some doc's in XeTeX and I have a BibTeX database
with some 500 entries. Is there some way to get these easily from the
BibTeX format to a DocBook xml bibliography? Doing this by hand would take
too much time.

Did you have a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/bibtexml/ or http://jabref.sourceforge.net/?
The first one provides means of transformation while the latter one exports to docbook.

I have not tried them myself, though.
