[docbook-apps] Indexterm in title - bug in 1.62

Hi,

I cant move all the indexterms out of the titles.

Maybe i could fix the bug.
Ive copied the index.xsl and 2 templates from pagesetup from version 1.67 to my version 1.62.
But that didnt solve it.
In which template is the bug located?

Thx,

sebastian

This is a bug in that version of the stylesheets. It has since been fixed.
If you can't upgrade the stylesheets, then you should move the indexterm out
of the title.

This is not possible.
I maybe could update XEP but not the stylesheets due to the massive
customizations we did.

Thx,
