I see. The question is what is worse -- mixing tt with em and strong or 
semantic misuse of code? I don't know.

I know and I have nothing against these changes. I think that it doesn't 
matter at all, because there are classes on almost all elements 
generated from inline markup so one can customize rendering with CSS.
