Re: [docbook-apps] docbook and rtf/doc

Thanks for the link.

I have been looking at this, and the fo2rtf converter,
and some output isn't working quite right (most looks
good though).

My current problems:

It dosen't seem to support image scaling for me (at
least how I am specifying it now). Is there a better
way than this:

<fo:external-graphic
src="C:/docbook/docbook-cust-xsl/fo/logo.png"
height="1.9cm" width="auto" content-width="auto"
content-height="auto"/>

This works in the fop output to pdf, but I could have
missed something.

It dosen't seem to be recongizing my row height
information (as <fo:table-row  height="1cm">) - so my
title page is now scrunched up at the top of the page.
 Is there a better solution to this?

And last, it dosen't seem to be able to do page
numbers in the table of contents - probably due to
this error in the fo2rtf output:
+++ warning: unsupported extension "fotex:bookmark"
Not sure if there is a work around I can do for this.

Thanks for all your help!

Ben
