[docbook-apps] PDF - working with tables in FO

Hi

I am trying to customize the title "page" (header, really) layout
for my PDF documents.

I have tried starting with example 11.10 provided in Bob's book
(see:  http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/TitlePagePrint.html)
but I get the following errors:

[ERROR] Error in inline-progression-dimension property value '100%':
org.apache
fop.fo.expr.PropertyException: No conversion defined
[ERROR] Error in column-width property value '50%':
org.apache.fop.fo.expr.Prop
rtyException: No conversion defined
[ERROR] Error in column-width property value '50%':
org.apache.fop.fo.expr.Prop
rtyException: No conversion defined

What is the story with % - should some other units be used, or
does this example work under some circumstances?
