Most processors user very consistent names for generated IDs. For example,
James Clark's XT generates simply N1, N2, N3 etc, where the number is the
node's number. SAXON 6 uses dXeY (for examle, d0e31), where X is the document's
number, Y is context's number in the document (or something like that).
Thus, it is highly probable that an identifier, automatically generated during
an earlier stage of processing will conflict with one generated at current invocation.
