It should be dbgenent.mod.
Is your file dbgenent.ent something like this:?

If so, change the extension to "mod".

i had finding docbook.cat hear http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2/
in this file it does not speak about dbgenent.ent. There is a file
dbgenent.mod which I have already.
I downloaded "docbook-xsl-1.61.3" and in this directory I find only
docbookx.dtd (I do not know if it is the same thing as docbook.dtd). I found
the files missing in OXYGEN (*.mod)....
