I'm going through mail that's 11 weeks old, so this no longer applies,
but for the record:

I had the OASIS folks turn on moderation again, so no spam only gets
through when I hit the wrong key during the approval process :-)
On the other hand, if you're not subscribed and you post a message, it
sits in my queue until I approve it. This sometimes results in a delay
of several hours to several days.
