There shoud be ("book.xml" "book" "chapter")


If tried that before and now again, but it doesn't work either.


Does conversion occur on all attributes or only on those who have
enumeration type in DTD?


No on all. Espeically annoying when soome of my ids or linkends get converted -> my document becomes invalid.
