Chapter page numbers in TOC

- Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: Chapter page numbers in TOC
I apologize for the repeat posting, but I am still having troubles. It
seems to me that displaying the page numbers of a Chapter in the TOC
would be the default setting, but it is not working for me. Instead I
get something like this:
Chapter 1: Product Design Specifications...............................
1.1 Client
Requirements.........................................2
1.2 User
Requirements...........................................2
Chapter 2: Design Implementation.......................................
2.1 Hardware
Issues.............................................3
2.1.1 Wheatstone
Bridge...................................3
I am using the fo Docbook 1.60.1 style sheets with Saxon to create a .fo
file and then FOP to create the PDF. I am a novice to XML and Docbook,
which I am sure is the real problem, but if anyone has other insights
I'd love to hear them.
