Yes,
DocbookInContext let's you create PDF/DVI output using a rather
recent copy of ConTeXt (TeX macro package from Hans Hagen, NL).
It's a kind of mapping between DocBook tags and ConteXt macros.
Beware that the announced version is rather incomplete and probably
not usable with any 'real' DocBook document.
