DOCBOOK-APPS: Announce: New stylesheet releases

This evening I published the 1.49 and 1.75 releases of the DocBook XSL
and DSSSL stylesheets, respectively. Please give them a whirl and
report problems in the usual ways.

There are a fair number of changes in each, but there shouldn't be
anything destabalizing.

I've been very busy over the last couple of weeks and haven't had a
lot of time to work on the stylesheets, but I hope to get through *a
lot* of email and bug reports over the next couple of weeks. I'll be
on the road, but I should have fairly good connectivity.
