Argh... I had not noticed the "unlabeled sosofo containing only inline
flow objects" description in the standard :(
Then that means that jade should reject a non-inline sosofo from
*-(header|footer) properties, isn't it ?
On the other side, it would probably make sense to extend the standard
to allow non-inline sosofos here. Or is there some other way ?
