It looks like when Norm rewrote the cross referencing system
to use localized text templates that listitem got left out.
I don't know if that was intentional, but probably not
since it was functioning before. It is non-trivial to
add an element to the xref system through a customization
layer, so you should file a bug on sourceforge for this one.
