Here are some more questions ...

How do I get two-side mode to work properly?

How do I insert EPS files into my docbook (via PDF)?

How do I get the title page recto and verso pages to work correctly in
two-side mode?

How do I get a separate header page for each chapter?

How do I rotate text?

How do I retrieve entities from higher up the grove/tree when I am deep in
the guts of the tree, like handling chapter headers and footers?

I can contribute answers to some of these ...
