orientation: 'horizontal
length: %text-width%
line-thickness: 0.5pt
start-indent: 0pt
space-after: (/ %block-sep% 2))
inside a "(make sequence "
works well.
Also:
space-before: (/ %block-sep% 4))
(it depends on what have you after and before).
