The following fragment renders (using the print stylesheets) both
phone and fax number on the titlepage, but does not print "phone" or
"fax", so the reader doesn't know which one is the fax number.
Shouldn't be printed "Phone:" and "Fax:" respectively? Just a note,
in Germen say "Telefon" and "Telefax".
