The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* xf86-video-dummy-0.3.8-1
* xf86-video-nested-0.1.0-8.20160719git
* xf86-video-qxl-0.1.5-0.1.20161212git4783c54 (x86_64 only)

These packages provide the Xorg drivers supported on Cygwin, and have been 
updated and rebuilt for xorg-server-1.19.0.
