Hmmm. Then I wonder how this is true.
From my 32-bit VM:
C:\>cygcheck -c cvs
Cygwin Package Information
Package Version Status
cvs 1.12.13-10 OK
From my 64-bit VM:
C:\>cygcheck -c cvs
Cygwin Package Information
Package Version Status
cvs 1.11.23-2 OK
Since it’s already installed on 32-bit, I had to run the 32-bit setup in my 64-bit VM to see what the choices were. (The 1.12.13-10 shows up as the “Keep” version on my 32-bit VM’s 32-bit setup.) The one I have doesn’t appear on the spinner, but the package I have installed is clearly valid, and I only get packages from Cygwin (no ports, etc.). Weird.
Thanks for info.
